☜ إختصارا = INH

✸ الدواء داء بتميز بأنو قاتل للبكتريا خصوصا ال:
#Mycobacterium_tuberculosis

✸ وبرضو فعالة ضد الأنواع الاخرى من ال Mycobacterium.

✸ بيستخدم مع أدوية أخرى في برتوكول علاج ال TB.

✸ وبرضو بيستخدم ك Mono therapy ف الناس ال إتعرضوا لل TB ولكن م ظهرت ليهم الأعراض.

✸ ال INH بيتميز بإنو بيدخل داخل الخلية ال Host. لذا فعالة ضد البكترياء اللي بتعيش داخل خلايا الجسم.

✴طيب كيف بيشتغل ال INH..؟🤔

✸ الدواء دا بيثبط إنزيم إسمو:
#Reductase

✸ الإنزيم دا مسؤول عن تصنيع السلاسل الطويلة من ال Fatty acid مثل ال Mycolic acid.

✸ ونحنا عارفين إنو ال Mycolic acid هو تركيب مهم ف ال Cell wall بتاعت بكتريا ال Mycobacterium.

✸ أهم أثر جانبي لل INH هو إنو بيعمل:
#Liver_toxicity

✸ برضو ال INH بيؤثر على أمتصاص Vitamin B6 لذا يعطى العيان Pyridoxine لمنع تاثير الدواء ع الجهاز العصبي.

✸ المشهور بإسم:
#Flagyl

✸ بتميز بأنو Bactericidal ضد ال Anaerobic bacteria.

✸ برضو الدواء دا بيستخدم لعلاج بعض انواع ال Protozoa كال:
#Giardia_&_Trichomonas

✸ ال Metronidazole بيتميز بانه Prodrug و بيتحول الى Active form داخل ال:
#Anaerobic_bacteria

✸العملية دي بتتم من خلال تفاعل يتم فيه إختزال مجموعة ال Nitro الموجودة ف الدواء بمساعدة ال Ferredoxin الموجودة ف سيتوبلازم البكترياء.

✸ آليه عمل ال Metronidazole غير معروفة ولكن هناك إحتمالان:

⇐ هنا ال Metronidazole بتقوم بسحب الإلكترونات اللي محتاج ليها البكترياء عشان تعيش.

✹ وكذلك عدد من ال Atypical mycobacterium.

#Arabinogalactan

✹ المادة دي اصلا مهمتها إنها تساعد ع تماسك ال Cell wall لانها بتربط بين Mycolic acid وال Peptidoglycan.

✹ عبارة عن Bactericidal بيستخدم ف علاج ال TB.

✹ ولكن لا يستخدم ف علاج الانواع الأخرى من Mycobacterium.

✹ فعالة ضد ال Organism اللي فشلت كل من ال INH وال Rifampin ف انها تعمل ليها Eradication.

#Mechanism_of_action:-
■ في البداية الدواء دا عبارة عن Prodrug بيتحول الى Active form إسمو:
#Pyrazinoic_acid

■ التحول دا بيتم من خلال مادة موحودة داخل ال Mycobacterium إسمها:
#Amidase

■ أساس شغل ال PZA هو انها بتمنع تصنيع ال Fatty acid وبالتالي تمنع تكوين ال Mycolic acid✋.

How Does Bitcoin Work?

Bitcoin is built on a distributed digital record called a blockchain. As the name implies, blockchain is a linked body of data, made up of units called blocks that contain information about each and every transaction, including date and time, total value, buyer and seller, and a unique identifying code for each exchange. Entries are strung together in chronological order, creating a digital chain of blocks. “Once a block is added to the blockchain, it becomes accessible to anyone who wishes to view it, acting as a public ledger of cryptocurrency transactions,” says Stacey Harris, consultant for Pelicoin, a network of cryptocurrency ATMs. Blockchain is decentralized, which means it’s not controlled by any one organization. “It’s like a Google Doc that anyone can work on,” says Buchi Okoro, CEO and co-founder of African cryptocurrency exchange Quidax. “Nobody owns it, but anyone who has a link can contribute to it. And as different people update it, your copy also gets updated.”
